No — The Studio doesn't need any plumbing connection. It's a self-contained room with power, lighting, and air conditioning, so there's nothing to connect beyond a standard power point.
6 weeks minimum rent is required.
2 weeks rent plus a bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent is payable upfront, with one month's written notice required to end the lease.
The Studio comes in a fixed layout, however if you are wanting to discuss finishes, please chat with us further as they can be changed at an extra cost.
