The Suite is available either way. Rent from $250 per week (6 week minimum term), or buy outright for $25,000.
Both options are delivered and fully installed — rent if you want flexibility, buy if you want it long-term with no ongoing cost.
No — The Ensuite includes continuous gas hot water and a macerator pump, so no plumbing connection is needed.
Water only requires a garden hose; waste needs a 25mm hose run to a sewer or septic point (pumps up to 70m — we supply the first 10m, extra length available at additional cost, or you're welcome to provide your own).
6 weeks minimum rent is required.
2 weeks rent plus a bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent is payable upfront, with one month's written notice required to end the lease.
The Studio comes in a fixed layout, however if you are wanting to discuss finishes, please chat with us further as they can be changed at an extra cost.
Typically 1–4 weeks from your enquiry, depending on availability, and the Studio cabins that are currently built.
