From enquiry to move-in, here's what to expect.

Tell us which cabin, your location, preferred delivery date and estimated hire term.

Check access

Send a photo or video of the drop-off area — or ask for a quick video call if you'd rather talk it through.

Sign & pay

We send an agreement confirming all costs before delivery. 2 weeks' rent plus bond is payable in advance.

We deliver & install

Your cabin is transported and installed on-site, ready to move straight in.

Minimum rental term: 6 weeks  ·  2 weeks' rent payable in advance  ·  Bond equivalent to 4 weeks' rent  ·  One month's written notice to end lease

All prices per week. Delivery Victoria-wide from $300, depending on location. All cabins also available to purchase — get in touch for pricing.
The Suite — water & waste: no plumbing connection is required. Water only needs a garden hose; waste needs a 25mm hose run to a sewer or septic point (pumps up to 70m — we supply the first 10m, extra length available at additional cost, or you're welcome to provide your own).
